Our First Family Christmas

Christmas was so wonderful as a family of three!!! Scott and I have been dreaming of Christmas time with children and the reality exceeded our dreams in every sense! First we had a very nice Christmas morning, just the three of us. Here is Nicholas Christmas morning playing with a new toy as Cooper watches!!

Nicholas liked opening the gift bags and pulling out the tissue paper!

Here is Nicholas on his new fire truck!! He often points at me when I am taking a picture!

In the afternoon Uncle BJ came over and about 10 other extended family members for Christmas dinner. We all enjoyed our time together very much!!

Saturday morning we headed to Gram and Grandpa Swensen's house in New Hampshire for Christmas #2! Here we are...

Nicholas had so much fun playing and really getting to know his cousins, uncles, and aunts. We had a wonderful weekend and all three families stayed over! We ate, laughed, exchanged presents, played Wii, built snowmen, and went sledding! What a wonderful time we all had!!

Here are Nicholas and his dad are at the top of the hill ready to go down!

Nicholas loved sledding down the hill with dad and watching all the kids and adults go down too!

Here he is with his cousin Mia after some of the cousins built a snowman.

Finally...here is Gram and Grandpa Swensen with their 5 grandchildren!!!

We have been so blessed this year and enjoyed every minute with our new son. We can't believe that it has only been 2 months since we have been a family as we feel we know him so well and have loved him for so long! God truly had the perfect plan for our family!

Hi Tammi!
I agree, Christmas was just the best this year! If only our children knew how special they make our holidays!
I love that Nicholas points to the camera! It beats running away like Angelina does!
We can't wait to meet you on Wednesday!
