First of all...I changed the look of the website this week for something a little different!!
I can't believe it has been 4 weeks tomorrow!! We are going to start expecting a phone call around the 7 week point informing us of our court date! Of course it may be a little longer, but others before us have waited about 7 weeks when adopting from the Bryansk Region so this is what we are planning on as far as a timeline. When we get the call we will be able to make all of our arrangements for travel and should have a week or two notice prior to leaving for Russia.
This week has been very busy for us. My fabulous uncle put in Nicholas' carpet this week and the room looks so nice. Scott is working right now on putting together the crib and other pieces of furniture . We also converted the sitting room/dining room into a playroom complete with bookshelves and bins for Nicholas' toys. It has been so much fun watching my vision come to life. I pictured Nicholas' room and the playroom for months now and have slowly worked to collect pieces of furniture and items for both rooms. Now it is all coming together and looking great. I will post pictures at some point this week of his room and playroom. So...3 more weeks and we still have quite the "to do" list!!!

We are so happy the time seems now to be moving quicker. Looking forward to seeing the 'after' pictures as well.

We are anxiously waiting for you two to get the call! Olga's working on your case, and she said that you will probably have the same judge as us! No worries, though, her questions were reasonable and fair, she just took forever! Have fun putting the rooms together, we can't wait to see finished results!
