It's a Boy!!!!
We got the call!!!!!!!! Today at about 3:15pm our social worker, Nancy, called Scott at work with the good news! We have been matched with a baby boy and we leave for Russia on Saturday!!! This is all we know as of now as we must wait until we get the Russia to learn all about him. We will be flying to Russia Saturday night and arriving Sunday. On Monday, June 9th, we will meet our son for the first time! What a day that will be!!!! We will spend time with him on Monday and Tuesday and then return home Wednesday or Thursday. I promise to update a lot this week for those interested in how the trip preparation is coming along. Tonight we felt as if we were on the TV show Amazing Race. We made it to the Fed Ex office with our overnight Visa applications at 7:58pm, 2 whole minutes before closing!! It has been a whirlwind so far and we expect that feeling to continue throughout the next couple weeks. Thank you for your support!!! We are so excited!!!!!
