Finally we were able to get some pictures up on the website. It has been a busy day again filled with calls we needed to make, a long nap, and a three year old who needed some quality time with his mom and dad. We have loved reading the comments on the website...thank you.
Sarah Kate is doing fantastic! Last night she did decide to be up every 45 minutes to two hours which was tough. The joys of newborn parenting :-) During the day she slept a lot. I think she has her days and nights mixed up a little. Sarah Kate is eating well and sleeping well and appears to be thriving. Tomorrow we are taking her to a pediatrician here in Florida for a check up.
Nicholas is having a blast here in Florida! He loves all the attention he is getting from his grandparents. He is also loving all the new sights, the 70 degree weather, and the water. The condo we are staying at is beautiful. It is right on a canal with many boats docked up and down both sides. The views around the island are beautiful and the entire area is simply gorgeous. He is loving Sarah Kate and his favorite thing is helping to change her diaper. He gets me everything I need, hands it to me, and puts it all back. He is the best big brother!!
Our entire trip has been amazing! Everything has gone perfectly!!! We are now just loving spending time together and plan to venture out each day to enjoy sunny Florida and the Gulf coast. We are still not sure when we are coming home but it looks like it will be Tuesday or Wednesday.
Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers! We have been so blessed!
Lastly, here are a few special shots from our trip...
This is a cute one from this morning of her, but I couldn't get it to turn the right way.
