Christmas in New Hampshire

On New Year's Eve we traveled to Nicholas' gram and grandpa's house in New Hampshire to celebrate Christmas with Nicholas' dad's side of the family. We have a wonderful time!! Nicholas thought it was pretty neat that everyone was sleeping over for two nights! Here is our trip told through pictures....

Gram and Grandpa enjoyed all of their gifts, especially the calendar
with pictures of all their grandchildren.
Nicholas and his cousin Drew are too cool for words!

We had many wonderful meals together, the best being New Year's Dinner when the electricity went out as soon as all the food was put on the table! Thank goodness for generators.
Here is Jared and Nick in their matching pajamas...so cute!
Nicholas loves his cousins and wanted his picture taken with each!
Here he is with Ella...
and with Mia....
and with Drew...
and with Jared!
Here they all are together! They had so much fun spending time together laughing and playing!
Nicholas loved the puzzle and new mittens his grandparents gave him!

Nicholas had fun playing with the boys...
Nicholas had his first Slinky experience!
He had fun doing puzzles with aunt Kris...
Sledding was a highlight for all the kids (and adults)...

Nicholas loved sledding and wasn't afraid in the least! His toddler sled kept him secure and he went down a lot by himself...laughing all the way!

He also went down with Drew...

Here is a good photo of Grandpa and Gram's house!
Nicholas also went down with Mom, Dad, Gram, Jared,...
and even Grandpa too!!

Another highlight for the kids was the pinata! Here is Nicholas whacking the parrot!

Drew broke it and they all scrambled for candy and prizes!
They also played hide and seek, games, Wii, decorated cookies, and used Playdoah!

As you can see Nicholas had a blast at his grandparents! Needless to say he actually told us on his own tonight that he was ready for bed. What a wonderful holiday season we had filled with lasting memories of time spent with all of our family. We now start to focus on the wonderful memories that 2010 bring? Happy New Year!

VERY NICE & very good pictorials,
and nothing but nice kids! (Except
