Nicholas and Mom feeding a calf!
At first Nicholas was scared but after a minute he thought it was great!
The bouncy house...always a favorite for Nicholas!
Nicholas played his first game at a fair. He used the hook and caught a duck. On the bottom of his duck was a green dot so Nicholas won a prize!
He picked a horn and blew it the whole way home!
One last stop by the cows on the way out...

It was a great time! I have to mention that the Italian Sausage, hot dogs, and homemade ice cream also added to our fun!

Coming next week...Nicholas will be attending a family reunion in Vermont next weekend where he will meet the Thurber side of his family for the first time! I'm sure it will be a special weekend for everyone.

What a great fair. Nicholas must have had a great time. We can't wait until the fairs start here in CT. Colby seems to love animals but hasn't had the chance to pet them or see them yet, except for a couple miniature horses my family has.
