Not so great news today...more waiting...
Well, apparently our representative met with the judge in Russia today but was unable to schedule our court hearing as a couple documents were missing in Nicholas' file due to staff vacations. Also, this judge is going on vacation and we are being transferred to another judge that our rep will meet with next week, hopefully! Also we were told our new judge is tougher - yeah! The earliest now that we will hear something definite is next week, the week of the 8th, and travel the week of the 15th to court and the week of the 29th to bring him home. Therefore we are delayed again. I will update you all again next week if we hear anything! Thanks for the support!
